Every Label Tvaya piece is prepared and dispatched with care from our studio in India. Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp or phone, we package and hand it over to our delivery partner within 2–3 business days.
- Domestic shipping (India): typically 4–7 business days, depending on the destination pincode.
- International shipping: available on request — please reach out on WhatsApp for a quote and timeline.
- Shipping charges: complimentary within India for prepaid orders above ₹10,000. Otherwise standard courier rates apply.
If your order has not reached you within the expected window, write to us on WhatsApp or call us at +91 77095 72728 and we will personally follow up.

- What we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, and any preferences you share over WhatsApp or phone.
- How we use it: only to confirm, prepare, and deliver your order, and to follow up about future drops if you have asked us to.
- What we do not do: we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is needed to deliver your order (e.g., courier partners).
- Storage: your details are stored securely and only accessed by the founders and authorised studio staff.
If you would like your information removed from our records, please write to us on WhatsApp and we will action your request within 7 business days.

- All designs, photographs, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of Label Tvaya and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Product photos are styled to represent the piece as faithfully as possible, but slight variation in shade may occur due to natural fabric, lighting, and your screen.
- Orders are confirmed only after explicit confirmation on WhatsApp or phone and successful payment.
- Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation is final.
- Label Tvaya reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, with a full refund where applicable.
